Hospitality Training Programme
Seapal is a strong supporter of learning and development. Since we began supplying our crew to the maritime and cruise industries 28 years ago, we realised that the development of the Myanmar seafarers and cruise crew can help establish a competitive workforce in the region. As a result, we are in the business of continuously training and developing our candidates by offering seminars, interactive activities and practical hands-on workshops, in preparation for operations onboard. Class sizes are limited to 10 -12 participants, to maximize opportunities for class participation.
